MindsetMaps International, Inc ("us", "we", or "our") operates the www.mindsetmaps.com website (the "Service").

Depending on how you have come in contact with us, we may have different roles and responsibilities, and we have ensured that this Policy reflects our relationship. In situations where you have been working with an authorized coach, who entered your personal data into our Service, we are a processor/service provider, and the authorized coach is the controller. To understand how your data is processed in these instances, you will need to review their policies or reach out to them.

In all other cases, we are the controller of the information. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

DEFINITIONS
